Internal Regulations
- “El Arrecife” won’t be responsible for accidents occurred inside the facilities, please be cautious and safe.
- Please be responsible in electricity and water usage.
- Please don’t mistreat or damage the furnishing and facilities.
- Try to keep noises at a low level after 10:00 PM, a quiet environment is required to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
- No parking in the hut area.
Helping us with these regulations, will allow “El Arrecife” to keep costs low and provide an excellent service for you, your family and friends.
Common Area Regularions
1.- The condo is not responsible for any accident occurred in the common area, please be cautious.
2.- No food or beverage is allowed at the swimming pool area.
3.- No pets allowed at the swimming pool area.
4.- Swimming suit is required.
5.- Keep order in the common areas (low noise level, no running)
6.- Try to keep the common area clean, after your stay, please place your trash in the containers located at the area.
7.- Responsible bathroom and water usage in the common area is required.
8.- Improper language and behavior is not allowed, show respect for a family environment.
9.- Swimming pool hours: 08:00 to 22:00 hrs. Mon to Sun
10.- The common area lighting will be turned off after 22:00 hrs to preserve the family environment. No guests allowed after that time.
11.- Parties are allowed, however, community rules need to be followed:
____ a) Permission granted from the managerial board
____ b) Pay any necessary fees for parties
____ c) Managerial board will determine the start/end time
