- Minimum stay requirement: 6 nights.
- Daily rate: 145 USD (tax included).
- Capacity: 6 people (including children 5 and older).
- Additional guests allowed: 2.
- Additional guest rate per night: 15 USD (Tax included).
- Includes: Gas and electricity, Internet, and cable TV.
- Cleaning services: Available for an additional charge (18 USD per cleaning).
